Orbify is a productivity and personal organization service operated by Marcus Vinicius Nigro. You can contact us at support@orbify.it or via orbify.it.

- Account data: name, email, and profile photo (when social login is used).
- Content data: tasks, reminders, habits, sectors, preferences, and related usage metadata.

- Subscription data: plan status, period, and receipt/identifier data returned by app stores (Google Play/App Store).
3. Google Calendar data (when you connect it)
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we request only the data required for calendar sync features.
- Calendar/event read access: to show your events inside Orbify.
- Calendar/event write access: to create or update Google Calendar events from Orbify when sync is enabled by you.
- OAuth token storage: to keep your connection active until expiration or revocation.
We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, data sale, commercial profiling, or model training.
4. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve Orbify features.
- To sync your data across devices and integrations you enable.
- To send reminders and service notifications (when allowed).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only when necessary with:
- Infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud) for authentication, database, hosting, and observability.
- Payment/subscription platforms (Google Play/App Store/RevenueCat) for billing and subscription lifecycle.
- Government or legal authorities if required by law, legal process, or to protect legal rights.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy compliance
Orbify's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Legal basis and your controls
We process personal data based on service performance, consent (where applicable), legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You can request at any time:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of your account and associated data.
- Revocation of permissions for connected integrations.
8. Retention and deletion
- We retain account and content data while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, we begin deletion of personal data, keeping only records required for legal compliance, audits, or fraud prevention.
- Calendar sync data follows the same retention lifecycle unless a legal requirement states otherwise.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and incident monitoring. No system is fully risk-free, but we continuously work to improve security.
10. International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country. In those cases, we apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate for the data being processed.

Orbify is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware of unintended collection without a valid legal basis, we will take steps to delete such data.

On the web environment, we use cookies and technical identifiers for usage measurement (analytics), security, and experience improvements.
