Terms of Service

Last updated: February 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orbify (the "Service", "App", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Orbify, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Service provider identification

2. Eligibility and account

3. Service description

Orbify is a productivity platform that may include task management, habits, reminders, collaboration, integrations (such as Google Calendar), and premium subscription features.

4. Plans, pricing, and subscriptions

Consumer rights notice: refunds, chargebacks, withdrawal rights, and billing disputes are subject to applicable law and app store policies, without waiving non-waivable legal rights.

5. Free trials and billing

When a trial is offered, eligibility, trial length, and billing start conditions are shown in the store offer. Unless canceled before trial end, charges may start automatically according to the payment platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. User content

8. Intellectual property

Orbify's software, branding, design, text, and visual assets are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to users.

9. Privacy and data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. For privacy-related requests, contact support@orbify.it. In web environments, non-essential cookies and analytics identifiers require consent where mandated by law.

10. Third-party integrations

Some features depend on third-party services (e.g., Google, Firebase, app stores). Availability, authentication, and third-party policy changes may affect specific features without constituting exclusive Orbify fault.

11. Availability, maintenance, and changes

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, Terms violations, or legal requirements. You may close your account at any time through the app or support channels.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbify is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party outages, account misuse, compromised devices, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. This clause does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

14. Consumer law and withdrawal rights

Where consumer protection rules apply, users may exercise legal rights including withdrawal rights for remote contracts when applicable. For app store purchases, operational refund/withdrawal flows may be handled by the relevant store, without prejudice to support requests through our contact channels.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you qualify as a consumer, venue rights under applicable consumer law are preserved.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the revision date and, when appropriate, notify users through available channels.
